Mrs. Sadecki graduated from Missouri University of Science & Technology in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.  Her husband, Zach, also graduated from Missouri University of Science & Technology in 2000 with an engineering degree. After graduation, she and her husband moved to Austin to start engineering careers in the semiconductor industry.

Mrs. Sadecki began her career working for Applied Materials as a Quality Engineer, analyzing semiconductor equipment failures to determine the root cause of the failure and how to prevent the problem from happening again. Next, she worked as a Manufacturing Engineer for Sanmina-SCI, where her job was to figure out the best and most efficient ways to assemble semiconductor machines.  Mrs. Sadecki was promoted to the Engineering Manager at Sanmina-SCI, and it was in that position that she realized her true calling is to lead others and teach students about engineering!

Mrs. Sadecki is very proud to be a McNeil Maverick and a sponsor of the Junior Engineering Technical Society (JETS) student organization.
