56231 PATHOPHYSIOLOGY

Prerequisites:
1. Junior or Senior
2. Successful completion of Biology and Chemistry       
3. Successful completion of Health Tech I or Anatomy & Physiology strongly recommended

This course allows students to conduct laboratory investigations, use scientific methods during investigations, and make informed decisions using critical thinking and problem solving. Students in Pathophysiology study disease processes, and how human systems are affected. Students will differentiate between normal and abnormal physiology.
