Clubs & Contests

Students in Mrs. Windolph's Principles of Engineering classes will be competing in the the West Point Bridge Design Contest beginning in January 2008.  This competition is open to all students.  For more information on participating visit the West Point Bridge Design Contest link or visit Mrs. Windolph in D-106.  

Thanks to the American Society of Civil Engineers Austin Chapter for sponsoring a local West Point Bridge design contest in 2007.  Engineering Academy students were awarded prizes for 1st and 2nd place!

Juniors and Seniors in Mrs. Windolph's classes will soon have opportunity to participate in the Junior Engineering Technical Society's (JETS) TEAMS competition in February.  Congratulations to the 2007 Junior Varsity Team D!  They were awarded 2nd place in the State of Texas in their division, and received 11th place in the National TEAMS competition!
